All activity carried out under your account is considered your own, unless you have reported unauthorised access to our team within a reasonable timeframe. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users of the 40150 platform agree to use its services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are prohibited from using the platform for any fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through technical or other means.

Specifically prohibited activities include: using automated software or bots to place bets or play games; sharing or transferring your account to another party; spreading false information about the platform; and any attempt to access 40150's internal systems or databases without authorisation.

40150 reserves the right to monitor account activity to detect suspicious or unauthorised usage patterns. In the event of a terms violation, the platform may take appropriate action, including temporarily suspending access, freezing balances, or permanently closing the account, depending on the severity of the breach.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions on the 40150 platform are processed in MYR (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that every deposit is made using a valid payment method and in the name of the account holder. 40150 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or unidentifiable sources.

Deposit processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method and are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes for local online banking options such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Withdrawal of winnings will be processed to the same bank account used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification.

40150 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for investigation purposes where there are signs of suspicious activity, including unusual betting patterns or third-party complaints. In such cases, the user will be contacted via their registered email and required to provide the necessary identity verification documents before any withdrawal is approved.

Liability Limits and Account Policy

40150 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting or gaming activity on this platform. All decisions to play or place bets are entirely the user's own responsibility. The platform makes no guarantees of winnings or any specific outcome from any game or bet placed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 40150's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. 40150 is not liable for any service interruptions, technical delays, or data loss arising from circumstances beyond our control.
